You can just tell that it's one of those days when I'm more willing to pluck my eyebrows than to start serious work.

This a tag that I drafted yonks ago (translating to a year ago) and forgot to publish. Answers have been updated.

1. What was your dream when you were a small kid?
My ultimate dream when I was a kid - to be a vet. But I soon came to realize that I don't want to spend the rest of my life treating sick animals because I'm afraid of being attached to them and having to watch them die made me decide not to ever be a vet.

2. What is the happiest thing in your whole life?
I've had many things happen in my life; I can't pick one significant thing because they're all important in their own ways.

3. What do you wish to have now?
More of all the good things - because nothing ever seems enough, isn't it?

4. How should the world be seen?
There is no definite answer to this because the world is seen differently from individual to individual. Our views of the world differ according to our culture, upbringing, etc.

5. What have you realized recently?

I realized that I have a lot of stamina to shop.

6. What is the bad habit that you cannot accept the most?
Spitting - I think it's very, very rude.

7. When you have something which you are unhappy about, what will you do?
Talk to someone trustworthy in my vicinity or blast some music.

8. Are you afraid of losing?

I think so.

9. Do you think that you feel helpless, or useless sometimes?
Who hasn't felt helpless before? I won't say useless, though. It's too strong a word.

10. When you meet someone that you like, will you profess or hide your feeling?
If we're talking about infatuation here, I guess I'd have to say that it depends on how the other party is like.

11. List out 3 kind of people you hate the most.
Hate is kinda a strong word. I dislike people who think that they are superior to others, people who can't take jokes, and people who are not courteous.

12. What is loneliness?
Loneliness is a lot of things.

13. Are you satisfied with your life now?

Quite, but there are better things to work for, of course.

14. When was the most recent time you felt touched?
Not too long ago.

15. Where is the place that you visited and you felt the most beautiful?
The beach - because it has a calming effect on me. There's something hypnotic about rolling waves.

17. If you have one wish that'll come true, what is it?
That I'll be granted an unlimited number of wishes.

Every time I catch myself worrying, I try to shake if off, so not really.

Good food, books, accessories.

Eighteen.

Did you change your hair in 2008? How?

Yeah. I grew it out and had it up in a ponytail pretty much everyday for the first half of the year, and for the second half of the year, I almost never had it up unless I was doing work. And I just got my hair done again a few days ago. :)

The best part of 2008?

There are so many! Going out with the McNairians, the late-night chats, sitting in the dark, devouring delicious food with the gang, making cheesecake (we did it all by hand!), grocery shopping at Giant in Vivo (read: spending over an hour buying lots of stuff and running back to the hostel to reach there just in the nick of time), celebrating my birthday with my INTI friends, getting my results, meeting up with Connie and Chia Hsin again, and many, many more. :)

The worst part of 2008?

Leaving Singapore, and all the times during PE and morning run when I felt like blacking out, going nuts over the Psycho project. :P

Did you make any new friends in 2008? Who?

Plenty! My S01 classmates, the Debating and Oratorical Society guys and Elizabeth (the only girl besides myself), my INTI friends, and cell group and church friends.

Any new crushes in 2008? Who?

Oh, this is a definite yes. Drew Fuller, Giovanni Rossi (ok, I forgot his real name already la), and he whose name will not be disclosed.

Who will you never forget?

A lot of people. You know who you are. :)

Who did you wish you did not meet?

Everyone crosses our paths for a reason, so, no one, I guess.

Did you fall in love in 2008?

Yes. Who won't love Drew Fuller?

Did you catch someone in a lie in 2008?

Yeah, and things got ugly. I felt betrayed and I lost my trust in the person.

Did you call them out?

No, I didn't, because I didn't want to make a scene. He can go ahead and do whatever he wants because the damage is already done anyway.

Funniest moment of 2008?

There are so many funny moments!

Most embarrassing moment of 2008?

I must've repressed the embarrassing memories so well because I can't remember any now. :P

The funniest thing you saw on TV in 2008?

Lemme think. Ahh, I don't know.

Ditto.

Did you take any vacations in 2008?

If my 3D2N stay in McNair in October counts, then yes. Oh, and my trip to Miri might count as well. :P

Any new hobbies of 2008?

Facebooking, pulling late nights, grocery shopping (why I developed a liking for this is beyond me), ruffling Jon's hair (just because it's so bouncy!).

Where did most of your money go?

Birthday presents, food, books (fictional and educational), excess baggage (RM665 in just two flights. I amaze myself again!), and accessories.

What song will always remind you of 2008?

There are a few of them. Always Be My Baby by David Cook, I'm Yours by Jason Mraz, and Crush by David Archuleta. The one that takes the cake has to be Kiss Kiss by Chris Brown and T-Pain. :D

What do you wish you'd done more of?

Talking to the people who matter to me and mugging more efficiently. Oh, and touring Singapore. I still wish I'd found a $2 food court. *sigh*

What do you wish you'd done less of?

Procrastinating, which is the same answer that I gave three years ago. A new addition is consuming more caffeine than I thought I would.

Thing you were really good at in 2008?

Making friends, I think, and having fun. :)

Only one - the Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. I wanted to go to James Blunt's concert in Singapore so badly, but I couldn't. :(

I don't like this hypothetical question, thus I shall not answer it.

2. If you can have a dream to come true, what would it be?

Living in a utopia. But that is not possible, so, yeah, I'll settle with having everything that I need and want and having so much more to help other people. :)

3. Whose butt would you like to kick?

Nobody's.

4. What would you do with a billion dollars?

A lot. Look for an awesome school to enter, travel around the world with my family, buy my dog an LV bag (just kidding!), buy a Hummer, build a beautiful mansion, donate to charity, keep enough to splurge with, invest part of the money in the stock market maybe, keep the rest in the bank.

5. Will you fall in love with your best friend?

Er. For the record, my best friend is a girl. So am I. And I am a straight one at that. So, no.

Oh, a lot. My biggest fears are dying and losing people I love.
